Topographic surveys - Quadrant Surveys

Using a total station and the latest scanning equipment we can provide fully levelled topographic/land surveys to include walls, steps, trees and vegetation, adjacent roads, neighbouring building and any significant features.

All of our Topographic surveys include a Drone image displayed underneath the information measured on site, for undeniable clarity.

Our CAD drawings are produced in Vectorworks and can be exported for use in AutoCAD and most digital formats. All points recorded onsite are produced on our drawings in 3D and can be used for digital terrain models.

Our experience and knowledge of topographic and land surveys has led us to produce easily read drawings that are clearly annotated.

Drone Surveys

Using drones, our fully certified CAA pilots can provide a safer and more cost effective solution when it comes to providing accurate information on any project that involves working at height, hard to reach areas or a quick turnaround of 3D data capture.

Photogrammetric surveys and 3D modelling

At Quadrant our experienced fully licenced UAV pilots have the capability to capture drone-generated images and use cloud-based photogrammetry platforms to process high-quality orthomosaic maps and 3D models.
